previous work
I began my teaching career in a boarding school as Assistant Director of Music. This excellent experience gave me a love of teaching and a respect for pupils of all abilities. Moving to get married, I taught at Farringtons School in Chislehurst, Kent.
We moved to Worcester where I taught privately and in various private and state schools.
I worked for the Worcestershire Music Service from 1991 and at New College in Worcester, which is a residential school for blind and partially sighted children.
Previous schools have included:
- Downs school, Colwall;
- St. James, West Malvern;
- Malvern Girls College;
- St. Mary's Convent;
- The Royal Grammar and Alice Ottley schools, plus the Grange, its preparatory school.
